AUSTIN, TX - Today, Rep. Wayne Christian (R-Center) and other members of the Texas Conservative Coalition authored a letter to the Texas Congressional delegation voicing their opposition to HR 5088, a bill currently being considered in the U.S. Congress. The legislation, which has been referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, seeks to increase the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) regulatory capacity over all waterways in the United States.
